Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
